Ingredients

1 Package Schwab’s Brick Chili
1 (12-Ounce) Can Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 Pound Large Elbow Macaroni, Cooked
2 ½ Tablespoons of Butt
2 ½ Tablespoons of Flour
2 Cups of Milk, Warmed 1 ½ Minutes In The Microwave
Pinch of Nutmeg Ground
11/2 Teaspoon of Ground White Pepper
½ Teaspoon of Salt
1 ½ Pounds of Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Chili Mac and Cheese Cooking Instructions

In a small saucepan, bring the Schwab’s brick chili and tomatoes to a low boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes
Boil and drain macaroni per box instructions.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan, sprinkle in flour and stir until pasty, about 3 minutes.
Whisk in the warmed milk and let cook until thickened.
Add seasonings and cheese to the sauce, whisking to fully incorporate.
