Want to try a new hot dog recipe tonight? The Bruschetta Dog is an amazing twist to the classic Polish Dog and the Italian Dog.  This easy recipe will paint you as a hero to all of your hot dog lovers.


2 Packages of Schwab’s Polish Sausage
2 Loafs of Italian Loaf Bread, Cut into Rolls and Split
3 Roma Tomatoes, Medium Diced
3 Tablespoons of Fresh Chopped Chives or 1 Minced Garlic Clove
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil, Divided
¼ Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese

Bruschetta Dogs Cooking Instructions

In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine tomatoes, chives, balsamic vinegar, olive oils, salt and cheese
Half fill a medium sized cooking pot with water
Put on stove and bring to a boil,
Reduce heat to a simmer and add Schwab’s Polish Dogs
Cook for 5-10 minutes or until Polish dogs are about to split
While Polish Dogs are cooking, toast the Italian loaf rolls
Remove Polish dogs from water and place on the toasted Italian loaf rolls
Add bruschetta mix
Serve and enjoy
