Although the hot dog was originally created in Germany during the 1600’s, the hot dog is a much-loved American tradition.  A staple of sporting events, state fairs and children’s BBQ’s everywhere. There are many ways to eat a hot dog but only one way that is recognized as the American way.
Ingredients

• 1 Package of Schwab’s Thunder Dog
• 1-2 Whole Dill Pickles, Thinly Sliced
• ½ Cup White Onions, Chopped
• 1 Package of Classic Hot Dog Buns
• Yellow Mustard
• All American Hot Dog Cooking Instructions

1. Cook hot dogs on BBQ rotating every 2-3 minutes (cooking on the stove or in the microwave also works)
2. When hot dogs have completed cooking, remove from the grill and insert into hot dog buns
3. Add pickles, onions, and mustard to taste
