All Schwab's Pork Chops are premium center cut pork loin. We hand trim each center cut loin and then we cure it with our "special " recipe and smoke it for hours over real hardwood hickory. Our large Boneless Smoked Pork Chops are fully cooked so you can heat them in the oven or on the grill! What a treat!
