Our Honey Spiral Ham is the newest member to our family of Dry Sugar Cured Hams. This ham is partially boned, cured with our own old world style cure, and then smoked all day over hardwood hickory. We then hand spiral cut each ham down to the bone and drench it with lots of honey (if you prefer)! This flavorful ham is then vacuum sealed to hold in all the juices. Fully cooked - ready to eat!
