Shipping & Delivery

Most orders will ship out within 48 hours of order placement unless otherwise specified by you. If your order cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner, Schwab Meat Company customer service will contact you directly via email or phone to discuss your options. Your order will be shipped per the method you select during your checkout process. Once shipped, orders are generally received within the timeframe specified by you during your checkout process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Schwab Meat Company and/or schwabmeat.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. that may lead to your order arriving in an untimely and/or damaged manner.

In running and maintaining schwabmeat.com, we may collect and process the following data about you: In all cases, this data will be voluntarily provided by you. Name, email, phone number, address, billing and payment information including payment methods. Information about your usage of our site including details of your visits such as pages viewed, resources that you access and how you reached schwabmeat.com. All of your information, including payment information, is stored in a secured, certified database and is safe. We will not sell your information to outside parties, however, we will use your information for future marketing purposes relevant only to Schwab Meat Company.
Returns & Replacements

We want you to love what you have ordered! However, due to the perishable nature of the items available on schwabmeat.com, we do not accept returns. As a means to maintain your satisfaction, we will (in certain circumstances) offer refunds and/or store credits if you are not satisfied with your order or if your order is damaged during delivery. In order to receive a refund and/or store credit for damaged goods, photographs and a detailed description of the damage must be provided to our customer service team. All requests for refunds and/or store credit must be made within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery acceptance. After the stated 48 hour period has passed, all sales are final. All refunds and / or store credits are issued solely on the discretion of the Schwab Meat Company Customer Service Team after circumstances concerning the request are taken into consideration. Ordering
You will be charged when your order has been placed. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

Payment methods accepted on schwabmeat.com include; check / money order, most major credit cards, and PayPal. Purchases made on schwabmeat.com are process through PayPal and are certified as secure by PayPal. Prices on schwabmeat.com are subject to change and determined by Schwab Meat Company Management. Promotions and promotional offers are subject to change and terms for promotions will be specified within the given promotion.
