The Schwab Story

The Schwab Family has been making the finest hickory smoked hams, turkeys, sausages, pork chops and more for almost a century. George Peter Schwab came to Oklahoma from Germany in 1912 with a handful of old world recipes and a dream to make the highest quality, best-tasting meat products around. His philosophy was simple - don't cut corners....do things the old- fashioned way.

Now, five generations later, the Schwab Family still does things their great grandfather's way - using real old-fashioned smokehouses. The Schwab Family still cooks their meat over real hard wood hickory for hours. It's the "secret" to that delicious signature back home Schwab flavor.

 

This summer, when you buy a package of Schwab's bologna at your local grocer, Schwab's will donate a portion of the proceeds to the OK Kids Korral
